Rita joined the ministry team of Messiah in June of 2003. She comes with a passion for working with young people and their families.

Rita loves to see our youth grow in faith and find ways to make a difference in the community. In the past Rita has worked at Girls and Boys Town, Bethphage and Nebraska Lutheran Outdoor Ministries.

Rita and her husband Chip have been married since 1979 and have a daughter, son-in-law, and son. Rita enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, reading and working with stain glass.
